Chinese recruiters harness power of livestreaming, AI

With livestreaming being widely used as a recruitment tool across China, online recruitment platforms have been investing in Artificial Intelligence. AI generated virtual hosts are becoming a new trend in livestream job fairs.
Data from recruitment platform Zhilian Zhaopin shows that in the first quarter of this year, the number of job openings for packers and cargo drivers increased by 198 and 71.5 percent year-on-year. With the help of fasting emerging hiring technologies, both job seekers and enterprises are enabled to make the right choice in an easier and more effective way.
