NYPD seeks tips in Staten Island criminal mischief incident

Staten Island Advance The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual sought for questioning in connection to an alleged incident of criminal mischief in New Dorp. According to police, It was reported on Friday, Nov. 3, at around 1:45 p.m. that an unknown individual walking in the vicinity of Bryant Avenue and Hylan Boulevard approached six parked and unoccupied vehicles.
The individual allegedly proceeded to puncture the tires of the vehicles: a 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan, a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee, a 2019 Acura sedan, a 2023 Toyota sedan and two marked police vehicles, police said.
