An Ariel is an ADVANCED Gymnastics skill so make sure your cartwheels are strong and consistent prior to taking the next step! It is definitely a skill that will push you beyond your comfort zone and won’t happen first go, although for some it may! Practice makes so perfect so perseverance is the key to mastering this super FUN skill! Safety first: be sure the surface you are practicing on is suitable and safe! If you have access to a gym floor/mat great! If not a grasses area or hard sand is also ideal.
