··· ··· ··· ··· In den 1960er Jahren ließ die Künstlerin ihren Vornamen Neil Andrew Megson zugunsten von Genesis fallen und wechselte zu Pronomen wie „she“, „we“ und „they“. P-Orridge verwendete auch häufig das Pronomen „er/sie“, dass die Kombination beider Geschlechter artikulierte. Die „Gender Thematik“ ist also nichts Neues. Inspiriert von „Throbbing Gristle“ und der Teilnahme am „Gender Project“ in Berlin, haben wir in der Nachwirkung den aktuellen Sound Track „Gender-DNA“ produziert. Identity is your only possession.
