Flint Institute of Music After 43 years on FSPA’s dance faculty, including 36 years as artistic director of Flint Youth Ballet and chair of the Dance Department, Karen Mills Jennings announced her retirement in June 2023. FIM honors Mrs. Jennings for her immense contribution to dance education in our community by establishing the Karen Mills Jennings Flint Youth Ballet Support Fund.
